Calling all GMT400 Z56/PPV experts...

I'm looking at buying a 99 Tahoe PPV/Z56 police package. I wasn't on the hunt for one but one came up and damn, you just don't see these anymore. Question is, what was the original tire and wheel size for these trucks? The owner of the truck has some ridiculous aftermarket wheels on it and I HATE it. I need to get this thing back to stock (or close to it). I know the 454SS style steel wheels are pretty much unobtainable in black anymore. Any help would be appreciated, I can't seem to find original factory specs for these things anywhere online.
