Cam Question in a Escalade

Ok I have a Caddy Escalade EXT with the 6.0 motor 2003 with 100k

I love this truck but have an opportunity

I know the C5 ZO8 cam is a nice upgrade to the 6.0 motor but I now have a chance to get a new LS3 cam froma 2008 Vette Coupe.

will the LS3 cam be a good upgrade for the 6.0?

has anyone done this and can show results?

My LS3 vette is getting some warranty work done (cam replaced). So I bought a new cam for that car and I will get a new LS3 cam to sell or put in my truck.

Woldnt be worth it IMO..The ls3 is 204/211 .551/.525 115 lsa...Plus you would have to buy a cam bolt kit and a new front cover to move the cam sensor....
There are much better cams to go with than that one..

So it sounds like Sell the new LS3 Cam and recoup my Vette mod money

yup, sell it on LS1tech, buy a TR220 or TR224.

You prob DD this thing rite??
A cam (216/220 .525/.532 112lsa) like whats in my ls1 would work real good for something that needs to retain some mpg IMO ..

If it was me id get the comp XR269HR,mill the heads .020 and get headers and a tune..
The nice thing with that cam is you can run stock ls6 yellow springs with it..
