Can anyone tell me what this wire is from?

Its hanging from behind the rear bumper around where the spare tire is. My third brake light and rear wiper doesnt work. Anyone know if these wires are to either? I can find the other end but it is factory clipped to the truck and ends up on near the passenger side of the back bumper. Thanks for any help

Actually looks like the trailer light harness, but I could be wrong.

I'm going with the trailer lights harness.

It looks like it originates from the trailor harness but i can find where it should end at. And all lights work except my third brake light. And my DRL's but thats because its a police package.

ok. Has to be a Trailer harness. I imagine if you follow it up it will probably be connected to your brake/tail light connector
