Black GMC is the way to go :p

Will be sanding and spraying the grille guard and lower valence to black hopefully in 2 weeks, if time allows.

How do y'all paint the emblem? Mine is just dipped, has lasted over a year now I believe. What paint did you use? I'd still want to keep the chrome outline.

I did spray paint it at 1st. Then I plasti dipped it and it looked way better and been holding up pretty damn good.

I used Krylon Fusion for plastics. It works really good and virtually no prep needed other than wiping it down with alcohol. I masked mine off to retain the chrome outline. Have had zero issues since application. I have pix in my album of the front/rear emblems if interested......
