Finally got the truck to give me a couple codes, P0131a and P0151a, both upstream O2 sensors low voltage, one of them is brand new , scan tool data stream says both banks are now stuck lean (they were not before) why would the O2 sensors throw a code now after the problem being there for a month? and could this cause the symptoms that im having?

unknown at this time.
both are for low voltage outputs from both front O2 sensors. because you you have both happening at the same time i would suggest damaged grounds, engine is leaning out for some reason like low fuel pressure, a sensor skewing the pcm calculations or a faulty pcm it self. i would reccomend getting your fuel pressure checked to eliminate that as a cause. you can borrow one from autozone. if you have a scanner see if you can get the ect, map, map, rpm and outside temperature jotted down after engine is hot and idling for a minute or two so i can look at the readings.
