Can't decide if I want these on my ride...

I have this set of GMC 22" with 285/45R22. They have a few scratches but nothing big. Should I run them as is, paint them or sell?

I think I'll put them on and level it. Maybe paint the dark gray black.

Get some locking lugs to deter the thieves. I would think the ride will suffer, let us know.
