CCM Install-TIPS
There are several posts floating around that are really helpful in this process. After getting my kit I used a combination of this one:

with a little help from ReadyLift here:

Together it makes the installation a piece of cake. The most helpful part is using the hex wrench to stop the ball joint from spinning on re-assembly. Had I not read that I would have been extremely frustrated.
I did end up taking mine right back off the next night because it wasn't for me, but these instructions are really helpful. (mine is now for sale too)
