CEL light?

I keep getting a damn CEL saying that bank 1 is to lean and bank 2 is to lean. I have changed the O2 sensors, changed the spark plugs and wires, changed fuel pressure regulator and changed the MAF. It seems to only come on during colder temperatures and go away when it warns up a little in the afternoon. Any suggestions? Also I have changed the air filter and cleaned the MAF. Thanks.

I have an 04' with the 5.3, forgot to put that in my post earlier if that helps.

Intake gaskets ? Sounds like a VAC leak somewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I have never changed gaskets on any vehicle but Im decent with tools if i know what i need to do. So what is the best way to figure out what and where a leak is if there is one?
