I received the new spark plugs in the mail yesterday and thought it would be a quick 30 minute job. I then popped the hood and realized that the rear two passenger side plugs were really going to be a ***** to access so I didn't event start the job. Can those of you who have done this on 2007 or newer please tell me the best way to get to them. I was thinking of putting the truck on auto ramps to gain clearance underneath ...... your thoughts?!?!?

Through the passenger fender well. Just take out the inner fender lining and put it back in when you're done. It's pretty easy to take out. Those two plugs will still be painful but that'll make it a little bit easier.

Mine has 19k on it and I was looking at the plug wires and they look like they would be a ***** to get off of the plug with the heat shield around them. Then when the vehicle gets some miles on it the boots will really stick to the plugs. I was thinking of pulilng them loose and putting some grease around them for when I change them in the future but with 19k I may already be too late.
