Hi all,
Although over the years I've owned other makes, I always seem to end up with another Chevy for the long haul. Found this forum though out of frustration with the modern version of people hauler, tow vehicle and safety.
Towards that end I'll seek the advice here of more knowledgeable guru's than me!

Thanks,
Mark

Welcome! But, how are you gonna mention a '66 Chevelle SS in the title and not bless us with pics?! Or, did you mean it was your car in High School and you no longer have it?

Sadly was high school - while in boot camp car was parked on the road in front of dad's 62 Le Sabre, local grandma's throttle stuck, rammed into the Buick which rear-ended SS, totalled all 3 :(

Closest I have now is a Rx7 convertible and a Saturn Sky roadster.

Ugh. I had a feeling your next story was gonna be how it had met its fate.

At least you still have fun cars!

Welcome to the forum from Oregon. Where in the PNW?
First - Thank for your service, I truly appreciate your courage, especially given the conflict you were a part of.

As to your question, we're at the confluence of the Snake, Yakima and Columbia rivers... (Better known as the Tri-Cities:)

Thanks all for the warm welcomes... I'm afraid I met end up abusing some of y'all's generosity by the time I get through with my Yukon (assuming it doesn't just end up at the bottom of a random river)
