Hopefully you got your handles replaced there is another issue that the manufacturer's know about and are not doing anything with except selling their vehicle's at a very steep price which I have always owned and drove GM vehicles and trusted them to the T but now I'm starting to WONDER I have a 2007 yukon with 35000 miles on it very well kept and noticed a crack in the dashboard passenger side top left corner of passenger airbag storage box. While doing research I stumbled across some interesting facts that I'm sure GMC knows about and are not doing anything about it. I don't understand why they're not doing anything about it since they always talk about how they want to take care of customers and that we are the ones keeping them in bussiness. So all of you who own Yukon's you might want to take a look at this go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ikSCklf7g8
GM is GM Yukon, Tahoe's, Suburban etc....... Just took mine to the dealer I purchased it from he looked at me and laughed and stated 3 years 36 thousand miles well I have 5 1/2 years and less than 36000 miles. He stated he couldn't do nothing for me. While i was there I went and checked out a used one in their lot and the dashboard was also cracked I told the assistant manager about it and He stated you see If I can't even take care of my vehicles how can I (He) take care of mine. So be carefull on leasing GM vehicles also I've read a thread where a Individual leased one and when he brought it back was charged $800.00 for the cracked dashboard.
