Couldn't do the fender flares so I took the outside portion of the chrome handle covers off. The handle itself didn't want to come off at all. Tried the heat gun and 2 different adhesive removers. Even tried a flat head screw driver wrapped in a rag to get it started but no luck. Oh well. Looking better each week.20160627_160405.jpg

Little by little. Need to bring her closer to the ground and eat up that fenderwell gap. That would make a huge difference. :waytogo:

Absolutely little by little. It is definitely in the future plans whether it is bigger tires or a 2/3 drop. @Fosscore

Looking better and better with each piece of chrome you remove lol
Isn't that the truth! I hate all the chrome now that I have black rims. With the factory rims it wasn't so bad. Add to the fact that it was my wife's ride up until a month ago so she didn't want me doing anything to it. I tinted the windows and that was about the only thing in the 4 years I have owned it. Got her a new vehicle and now it's my toy to modify. @OhioHoe

With the outside portion off now they look like the escalade handles. If you want to go low save some more and go 3/6. I almost went 2/3 but said if I want to go lower I'll have to spend even more to do the work and realign, so I went 3/6 and was happy. Now I want to go lower and have had a camber kit and spindles sitting in my garage for several months, one day they'll go on. Good luck with her.

How is your ride quality with that much of a drop? I will still be driving mine back and forth to work 32 miles one way so I definitely want a decently smooth ride. @Pachanga02

@Chvyguy ride is great. I drive mine daily, drive from NY-FL and also haul my trailer. I have a 3/6 and either on 22s or 24s.
