Again, not true. A city can require that all vehicles parked within the city limits be operable and
Incensed.

I edited my response, you posted right before I did. You have a good point. Though its rediculous how different states have different laws.

Thing is I'm not in a city, I live at the end of a dead end street, no neighbors on either side, or across from me , closest one is, friend, others are 1/8 mile away. but believe me I have done my homework , and If I do not comply they can tow, and sell at auction.
I am dealing with it.
Just wanted to see if, Any one ever get one of them ?????

Ok.. Sorry, "city, town, municipality" and anything else that falls under the jurisdiction that governs youre area. Everyone lives in a city or town of some sort.

But yea best thing to do with citys that qre cocksuckers looking for money *** is to put ypyr vehicles in the backyard where they are not noticable. I bought a honda at the auction and its inoperable and its in my backyard so if there was a law that was similar they couldnt see it unless they tresspassed.. so yea unless u wanna move to a better state like tx then hiding the cars are best bet....

So wait ... what about the tens of thousands of El Caminos and the like rotting in people's driveways all over the country?

Or is it an issue of driving an inoperable/unlicensed vehicle on one's property?
