Nope, wasn't driving it ! I am now cuz I repaired it, so I can take it else where till I can put plates on it

But yea u really never beat the system so you are going to have to go to court and most likely loose. I wohld argue that the vehicle was being repaired at the time and if you have reciepts as priof they could throw it out. Hope yoy do or if you know people get a reciept mad of riht before the ticket summon thing

Cuz I spent money repairing it , cant get the plates right now.
They only gave me set time to comply.
I go to court, tell them vehicle is no longer on my property, which it will not be, bring it back when I can spring for plates

Yea but wouldnt they still hold you accountable since it was on your property? Like i said id just show reciepts and say the vehicle was getting repaired so it would be operable and then they will be more likely to be like ok he is repairing it so it shouldnt be unoperable for much longer. And then throw it out

Gotta pay it or they will tow it. Try to hide it and you probably won't be able to get it titled.

Someone in your neighborhood probably called it in and they gave you the tickets.

No ordinances or very little enforcement of the ordinances. Or no neighbors that don't call and complain.
