axle comes up ie or body comes down so it could hit. Just double check and if its not that deff heater hose on the coils. I can walk you over the phone on it will only take you 1 minute to do.

also on pass side check to make sure the upper/lower isolators are in. Ive sold the shocks before/after your purchase no one has the issue.

This is just a rare case of what your experiencing and very basic to fix dont even need to go to a shop to do it.

here is where i would put the hose at to double check. also see if you have a rubber mallet you can tap on the spring to see if it makes the same noise you hear. I really want to get this figured out.

nothing would make me happier than no more rubbing, no more clacking and just let me enjoy my new rig. thx tony. you must be superman - never sleeps.

i'm hoping the 1" spacer will somehow magically solve all the annoying issues. i'll report back.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this may be it as the stock springs actually have these blue plastic things towards the top as well.

But how the heck are folks not running with these and not hearing the clack noise?

2 feet of 3/4 inch heater hose and a razor blade.

OK!

height is perfect. clacking has been verified to be the springs hitting up against each other. headed to home depot after a good run to get the heater hose as prescribed. long day wow.
