Cold Air Intakes???

arent the metal tube ones not as good? I heard they arent cuz the tube gets hot form engine heat and defeats the purpose of a COLD air intake...

i went with the AIRRAID all plastic an thicker then the metal tube intakes = more air

A bunch of silverado owners from gmfs tested there trucks between k&ns plastic intake and aems METAL cai on dynos and they got they same average in performance not sure were the link is but it's been talked about on here

Volant ..... fully enclosed box.. similiar to the banks... can also add a cold air tube that mounts down by the bumper to suck cooler air not near the engine...
