Computer reflashed

Does any one have any good references for getting my computer reflashed. thinking of going with modavations. truck has no vacuum low air and fuel. its got a Howards cam 383 stroker kit pushing 430hp

the brakes are to the floor have to double foot to drive it wont idle wonts it is warmed up

if the brakes are to the floor it sounds like you have air in the brake line, rears are not adjusted properly or a defective MC or F***ed up booster. Are you saying you hooked up a vacuum gauge and it shows no vacuum on the engine. Low air and fuel?

does it idle on its own when cold but not when hot?

no the new up grade on motor the computer cant read whats going on need to get it reflashed no hole in brakes rears are adjusted fine was looking for a referral to a computer reflashing shop
