recommend replacing the shocks for the shake (most likely), and replacing the bump stops cuz they look like hell.
Had a 2006 yukon in last week with a bad jounce and shake out of right front - transferred through steering wheel. replaced shocks, verified repair.
Loose lower ball joints (depending on severity) typically make clunking noises - not steering wheel shake.
Loose upper ball joints (depending on severity) will make clunking noises, as well as steering wheel shake usually just over bumps at speeds above 45mph.

Oh yeah, just take it to have an alignment done - AFTER YOU REPLACE PARTS - for the drift right concern.
