Conventional to synthetic

Anyone who has made the switch with a higher milage weapon, and noticed new, or more pronounced leaking in the engine? Trying Mobile 1 straight 5w 30, not the high milage.

I have switched all of my vehicles over to full synthetic and i have never had any increase in leaking or any start leaking as a result.

I switched my girlfriends high mileage olds aurora about 8 years ago that has had a leaking oil pan gasket for years over to synthetic and there was no change at all.
