I assume the system was burped. These guys are supposed to know what they're doing. What's the best way to burp it?

Open the cap, jack up the front end and let fans cycle few times. Doing this makes the bottle the highest point and if there's trapped air, hopefully the angle will allow the air to escape and work its way to the top. Also you have rear ac and heat? Have you checked the lines going into the auxiliary hvac unit?

No, I haven't. I just tried burping the system. I let it run 20 mins without the cap, shut it down for a few mind, then started it, ran it around 12-1500 rpms for a few mind, then shut it down again to see if any coolant got sucked down, none did. When the cap was off, temp was at 210, when cap was on, it was between 160-180. Still no pressure in the hose, so I poured some dye in it and I'll check it tomorrow. Keep you guys posted.

Ok, I let it run almost 30 mind with the cap on, was around 210 degrees on the gauge, which usually it stays at 160. I revved it for a few and it's between 160-210, where it usually is. Lower hose isn't pressurized either, along with the top hose. 1487690584096.jpg

I also put the dye in, so I'm going to check that later tonight. Gf is driving it today.

Hit it with the black light tonight, but still can't really figure out where it's coming from. IMAG1700.jpg IMAG1703.jpg IMAG1701.jpg IMAG1704.jpg

That's a bit. Hose it off cause
Some of that could be collecting for some time. Check around the radiator and hose connectors
