You know what truly sucks...my dealer is 5 miles from my house and they don't even offer a shuttle.

So twice now I have to sit and wait for the truck or my wife has to leave work to come get me.

They just need to address everything at once. I can't do this every couple weeks.
They didn’t give you a loaner while your vehicle is in for repairs under warranty? That seems ridiculous

No. They do the inspection on the same day, give you back the car. Order your parts. Then you return to for the repairs when the parts come in. So they manage to never keep the car overnight.

very rare for your run of the mill dealership brands to offer loaners these days.

we own three different brands, Chevrolet, Ram and Honda

All three have been in for overnight warranty work over the past couple of years and when the topic of a loaner comes up, it was like pulling teeth. Last loaner I was able to get was when my DEF pump went out on my out of warranty 3500, dealer had three loaners in April 2020 and I lucked into one for a week

lot of dealers sold off their loaner fleet when used prices skyrocketed up and most haven't stocked back up. largest GMC dealer in our region changed their policy of only offering loaners if you bought from them

maybe loaners are just scarce in our area
