Cowl hoods?

All the pictures of them on other hoes look awesome! I don't know why Im so unsure on mine. Maybe it's just because a 4" seems so tall, but the price was right and it adds a little "beef" to the look IMO.
She goes to the body shop tomorrow, pretty excited!

Atomic- that hood looks like a 1-2" cowl. lol maybe its the angle of the picture to me.

When the 383 goes in i will be doing a cowl hood. Makes the truck look meaner i think. I too will be using a steel hood. and i think im going to go with a 2-3" cowl

Goodmark i believe only sells one height cowl hood. some people say 2" others say 3".. i measured mine and its 3" dead nuts in the center of the hood on that middle hood line, off of that to the left or right your right at 2"..

Well after a stretch of vacation I am back, and I got the hood on yesterday from the bodyshop! I like it, and the paint matches pretty well. Im happy I decided to go ahead and keep it.

I printed out a picture of your Hoe and shaded the cowl black like Atomics. I also shaded your bowtie emblem black. Think about it, looks pretty cool.

Nice! The emblem is next to go black..I've actually been meaning to do it for a while. Gold seems so out of place. Ha
