Day time running lamps not working, Help

My day time running lamps are not working, i changed the bulbs and replaced the relay under the hood in the fuse box. Can anyone help me ? any ideas...

BTW, its an 04 yukon SLT 5.3

Vehicle must be running in gear and E-Brake off for them to activate

I had to replace the sensor on top of the dash in my '00 for them to work in it.

Sooooooo, I put it in gear and BAM the DRL's came on... It was like magic, thank you for the heads up!
