Right here:

http://store.candlepower.com/hirlighting.html

They work great but of course they don't colormatch my other lights. Since they're only high beam I don't care about the color. I'll tell you what- I was driving for the Hood-To-Coast relay race 2 years ago and it was pouring down rain and we were in the middle of the Cascade Mountains in the middle of the night and they lit up the road for as far as I could see. Very nice.

Are the HIR's direct plug in or are mods needed?

On my 04 the relays i need to tap into are too far away from each other to get the resistor in there. Anyone have this problem?

Resistors? If you're talking about the full time DRL mod, then you need diodes on the relay. I soldered some wire to extend the leads and used heat shrink to keep things from shorting out.

I replaced the turn/park/drl housing with an aftermarket chrome with clear lens set, and used 4157NAK bulbs. They are the amber bulbs that were used in corvette drls. They are amber glass, instead of an amber coating. They are nice and bright in the chrome/clear housing. The way the chrome reflector is faceted, they sort of look like led when lit. I have had them for a few years and I have not had one burn out yet.

The 4157NAK (natural amber glass, krypton gas filled) bulbs are for the drl. The park/turn and side marker bulbs I look for "NA" after the part # which means natural amber glass, rather than an amber coating that flakes off. the park/turn would be 3157NA.
Edit: the 4157 is a dual filament bulb, so it looks like it could be used in place of the 3157. I did not realize this until now, when mine need replacing I will use the 4157NAK
