Dealer "flashed" my Nav, now I've lost functions

While my car was in the dealership for service this past week, my one complaint was that the Nav screen would get stuck on the night setting even in broad daylight. So dealer reflashed the Nav with what's supposed to be an updated program. Now I've lost the channel favorites across the bottom of the screen. It shows the channel number but no longer displays the station name like it used to. Dealer says they don't have the ability to back-flash to put it back where it was.

Anyone else have the same thing happen?

I think you just have to redo the presets. It happens when the battery is removed too. Just select your station, and then hold it down for a bit. It should beep and the name will reappear.

Hadn't thought of that. I'll have to give it a try.

Ask your dealer if he can flash mine and make "XM" disappear off the screen.

I agree with Smooth. Same thing just happened with my brother's truck. Just have to reprogram the stations.
