New to the forum and just saying hi. Originally came on here to see what people were doing for tire size. Settled on this. This is my 2015 GMC Yukon that I’ve owned for a few months. So far… tint, level lift, and upgraded the tires to the Toyo AT3 in a 285/55R20. Want it to look stock but catch eyes and people don’t really know why. Now my question, debadge or not debadge? I’m picking up my new rig in a couple of weeks. Debadging is my big debate right now too. I have no advice to offer but looks good so far. If you debadge post some updated photos.

Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Lots of knowledgeable folks here who freely share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Knowledge is power.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

Debadging is a personal choice and preference. For me, it is a waste of time, as I'd rather spend my 'modding' time and effort doing something that will result in something tangible, rather than minor appearance changes. That being said, lots of folks in this Forum do debadging and like the results.

I debadged my Envoy and liked the look. I'm now going to debate my Yukon XL. Go for it)

I debated the same, I had done it to my previous truck, (though it was the 90's and removing the plastic badges/tailgate flash was the thing to do. I removed my side emblems/logos only, leaving the rear badging on the tailgate.
It did clean the lines up nicely, I also added "Carbon Fiber" Gunskin material over the grille and back GMC.
I did add a Polished Stainless US Flag onto the rear pillars (facing appropriate directions of course).
It's your ride, if you'd like to remove them, go ahead, you can always order new badges (or cooler aftermarket ones) and add them back on.

I left the Denali badge but removed the chrome door strips. Also removed the rear Yukon XL badge and replaced with a 6.2 Do yourself a favor and get a 3M eraser wheel for a drill and it'll be satisfyingly short and easy.D6C3D52B-F4E8-459D-BFC3-15CEAEBF4F72.jpeg

Debadge. You and most everyone else already know it's a Yukon. If it's a "flair" thing, you have actual chrome trim for that.
