Hairdryer and floss... Same process and works just as well.
Just make sure you heat it up real good, it makes it easier for the glue to come off. I then used simple green and a rag and good ole elbow grease to clean it all up.
My paint hasn't faded, been about 2 years now and no scuffs or marks or chip paint.
I started taking mine off, haven't got all the old tape off... PITA.... but will look so much better when its all done. I got lucky, my rear hatch didn't have any when I bought mine. Just the sides.
I just debadged this weekend as well. I used the eraser wheel and it went great. It didn't leave any marks on my paint or anything but you can still see the outlines of where the badge was and I tried some compound wax mixture and it didn't seem to work. Anyone have any ideas or can you tell me what you used in this situation? Thanks
