Denali Trim installed in 2011 tahoe

Hey guys i finally did a swap (well MOST of the trim swap, gmpartsoutlet sent me the wrong part for the left ac vent). I bought door panels from a 2008 Denali and some trim parts off of ebay and gmpartsoutlet. The doors from an 08 Denali fit but they do not fit flush and you cannot screw in the two screws under the door handle you use to close the door. I may need to pull apart my 07 escalade to see what the difference is between a 2011 door and 07-09 door. if anyone knows what it could be feel free to chime in. Before and after pics.

Thanks! It was more expensive than i thought, but im making some of it back from selling my old parts on ebay and craigslist. Heres the breakdown

4 denali door panels with all four switches and even heated seat handles that i need to list (i wanted to leather panels) -$550 ebay
Long trim plate passenger side -$35 dollars ebay hell of a deal
Center Bezel (25887411) Gmpartsoutlet - $108
Plate (23164631) Gmpartsoutlet - $157
Trim Plate, Drivers side they sent me an aluminum one gmpartsoutlet - $136
Latch for center console (25902018) - $106
Steering wheel Ebay - $146

Total cost = 1237

So far ive sold
Steering wheel - $80
Front Drivers door w/o switch or interior handle- $150
Passenger trim plate -$60

So i have a bunch of other stuff that will probably sell soon. im hoping to make at least half of the cost back. im sure itll be alot cheaper if you dont switch the whole door panels. also if you are more patient than i am and keep looking on ebay for deals on used trim pieces

darn it i just remembered Denalis have the leather shifter...i guess i gotta get that too

The door trim panel was redesigned starting around 2010-2011. I have an 09 and 11 and those pieces are completely different.
