Denali vs LTZ

I am trying to assimilate some information as regards the key differences between the two. This will help me and hopefully others, in making an informed decision when the time comes to pull the trigger.

A lot of these may or may not mean much to some / all of you But its good to put it all down. Please help me update the list. I am sure owners will know a lot more than me since they put their hard earned money towards the vehicle of their choice.


Denali:

• 6.2L V8
• 8 speed transmission
• Acoustically laminated windshield.
• Heads up Display (optional)

LTZ:

• 5.3L V8
• 6 speed transmission.
• Z-71 package (coming soon)

If you guys would like, I can always update the OP as regards the responses I get from fellow members.

If you guys would like you can also mention SLT / LT difference. After all this is a forum and is a resource of information./

I saw that and no offence intended, I wanted to kind of break it down in an easy to analyze chart. Most importantly I am comparing Denali vs LTZ.

Do you have any such chart for the Denali vs LTZ.

PS: I might go over your link and update my OP as and if I find relevant
information.

While I essentially agree with your sentiment, it's almost a privilege to own something like a Denali. I am not discounting the fact that GMC moves a whole lot of Denali's but the I am also not letting go of the fact that many people look at a Yukon XL because of their large family and stuff they need to haul around and extra power doesn't play into their top priority.

Power, Sure it is nice to have. Who am I kidding.
Looks, are subjective and can be easily be replicated at a slower pace in future.

Standard stuff is what interests me more, to make a informed decision.

Once I have completed this list, I'd be able to (clearly) analyze if there is more to Denali trim besides the irreplaceable 6.2 / 8 speed auto.


FWIW, I am moving from a MB GL450 to a Yukon XL / Suburban and even the 5.3 makes better power than my (Soon-to-be-ex) GL.

We understand you move and essential but is very easy to pick what you need on you price or budget, just let you know if you have a big family like me, i think that is the reason why you pick a super luxury american car made in USA.
I'm from another country and i'm proud to buy a made in USA car.
When my 2009 Denali burn in February i have 1 month rental suburban and is when a realize how much i miss my Denali, incomparable.
drive the 2 cars first and pick what you really need is easy. forget all paperwork is waste time you can't not compered the 2 cars you must drive.
