Not that I'm aware of, other than the DEPO's are much cheaper to replace if you screw something up.

In general, yes, but I think in the case of the Denali lights it doesn't make much difference. I'd rather have used OEM headlights if I could have found a set for a similar price to the DEPO's.

What makes it easier? I plan to use something along the lines of the Bi-xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III Kit (D2S) kit in the Denali housings which I assume is small enough to give me little trouble in the way of making them fit.
