This is my first topic in this forum! I really hope to get the support am looking for!
ok here is the thing, i purchased a 2nd hand 97 Tahoe sport with an awful job in fitting quarter windows, which i assume was cheap since silicon was used instead of a proper molding.. The windows look horrible and the silicon, well let’s just say, a big mess.
Any advices on how to go on fixing this problem? because am sure that you can never get the manufacturer molding unless you buy the whole glass which is expensive as hell.. shall I refit the windows without any exterior molding? I think it would give it a clean look however am not too sure about that :s

this car was dead in all sorts of ways! i got it more of a project car really.. till now i changed the engine (the whole thing), placed another 5.7 vortec with low mileage (around 50K) changed head and tail lights, installed red "big rig" LED roof mounted lights... it looks mean, but you cant have mean with other stuff hanging around lol...
