Hello,

I'm having an issue with my 2009 Yukon Denali. It began with my radio occasionally turning off while driving and then one morning the radio went off, the RPMs began climbing up and down, the door locks were locking and unlocking and the car lost power. I took it in to be looked at and the shop could not find any issues, but thought it sounded like a computer module issue. The last two days, the car has died similar to what happens when a battery goes dead, but while driving. I was able to jump it which is weird because I do not believe it's battery related (could be wrong). Anyone else experience similar issues or can refer me to some that might be able to help determine the issue. Thanks in advance!

This usually ends up being a bad ground. Check/clean them. There are a couple prime suspects in the engine bay. I'm not 100% on locations for your truck. Maybe someone who knows them will chime in.

Check all your grounds Trey and then if its still acting up you need to get a Tech2 on there and see the internal bcm codes, could be the bcm itself. Welcome aboard!

I had a very similar issue and found the negative battery cable wire was loose inside the connector. It looked like it was crimped well inside, but that was the cause. I soldered it and haven't had any troubles since.
