Did I kill my amp

I replaced hid with navigation unit and radio with xm hd radio. I got acdelco vin programing for one year. I had programmed used radio hid module upgraded my screen and then had great idea to upgrade my amp but no I have no sound and shows radio off on cluster. Radio is on. Can dealer reprogram amp and bring it to lifw or nwd to buy one . Can replace no boise amp with boise amp ?

Im not really following but I could almost guarantee you cant just simply replace a Bose amp with a non Bose amp without some reprogramming of the whole unit.
