Today FedEx dropped off the black suede material it came from Columbus, Mississippi at YourAutoTrim.com. When ordered before 2pm EST it ships the same day. I ordered it Tuesday at 11am CST and it took 2 days ground shipping to get here to Wichita, KS. 60" wide by 4 yards long. More than necessary (added a yard for the visors). End to end the original tan Tahoe headliner material I peeled off the original headliner measured 108" that's 3 yards. Add a couple inches to each end for laying and curves before trimming.

I have never done a headliner before let alone a 9 foot one and this will be my last time! I think it turned out ok. A couple small creases here and there but none major plus how long will you be looking upwards anyway. It won't sag, I'll let it sit a day and let gravity work its magic. 60" really isn't wide enough given the profile and curves of the headliner. A few more inches wider would fill every definition perfectly.

I'll cut out the holes and trim the sides more and post pics of it installed tomorrow or this wkend.
