WOW, you are fast...Thats great that I wont need anything else to install. So no alignment issues as far as not being able to get everything within spec? Thanks again.

Ok so on the GMFS forum there are people who have alignment issues with just the drop struts in the front. How similar are the trucks to the tahoes with regard to the front ends and the geometry for lowering? I am so confused as to what to use for the front lowering 2". Every time I seem to get it narrowed down I read something....Ugh.

with drop struts mated to drop spinldes you need the belltech alignment bushings. ie drop strut at 1 inch drop plus spindles for 2 inch drop 3 inch drop total get the belltech alignment cams. Since your only doing a 2 inch drop (same as if you did a 2 inch drop spring) you will be fine.

I have drop stuts set at 1" and 2" drop McGaughy drop spindles and it aligned perfectly fine.
Getting it to align may be harder wth a 1" drop strut and Belltech Spindles because their spindles are too tall, so are other brand spindles apart from Ground Force.

Thanks modded. Do you think I will have any issues with alignment if I have the strut set for a 2" drop with no other lowering spindles or springs? Again the reason I ask is the GMFS guys state that 2" drop will give you camber issues.

You may and you may not Nick. I doubt you will because when I had 2" drop coils (which ended up being 2.5" drop coils" I did not have any camber problems at all.
And coils drop the Tahoe the same way struts drop them, so you should be good.
But you can always play the safe route and run spindles, but since your mileage is near the shock swap time you may be better off with struts like Tony said.

I dropped my TBSS using belltech lowering struts and DJM A arms, both bought from Tony. I had to get mine aligned, as the Camber was off, but within a few degrees any non retarded tech can level. The Arms lengthen the upper pivot, so they can have more flex in lining up your camber.

Thanks for the info. I pretty set on this set up along with the belltech rear springs, but just want to make sure I am not getting my self into a big pain in the ass as this the wife's DD and don't want any issues for her.

the rear belltech coils are fine many will agree on that (personally id do a tb rear coil with 1 inch spacer and shock extenders with djm shocks) but with the front drop struts rear belltech springs with shock extenders you will be good. i would cut off the rear bumpstop brackets and go with the belltech street performance shocks in rear also.
