Dl3 mirrors

Hey guys sorry about posting about a pretty popular topic but I searched and couldn't find a write-up that helped me a ton. So I'm looking at DL3's and wondering what do I need for the whole swap any help will be appreciated thanks in advance.

Well you'll need the DL3 mirrors and the master switch the one on the drivers side. If you buy a used switch from eBay you won't need to get it programmed at the dealer. All functions will work fold, signal, puddle lights, dim, and heat.

Okay everything is on order besides the passenger switch who all needed it and who didn't please answer

you dont need to order a passenger sw. Its the same part nuumbers. WHat is different is that the sw has a module inside the sw that need to be programmed. This is where im having a tough time. If your truck dosent have a Dl3 option, you cant go to a dealer and have it programmed. It wont work. You need to find a sw that came off a Dl3 option truck or install your switch into someone who has this option and have them go to the dealer to have it programmed for you. After its done then you can put it into your truck and it will work.

if they get it to work, ill send you mine so you can have it programmed for me too. Dealers around here dont understand what im trying to do
