I bought a set of 35's for my 01 tahoe, cranked up the torsion bars and they still don't fit I bought a 6" lift but it is waiting to be put on and won't be done for a couple of week but I really want to put the rims on. Is there anything I can to

nope. Unless your running aftermarket keys and stock rims them you may fit them. Until then ur just gonna have to wait until the lift gets done. Be sure to post pics!!

Depending on the back-spacing of those rims (Which im sure isn't the same as factory) Will fit. But other than that, your going to have to wait on that lift.

Actually, Shoot a message over to Sir-Lancelot. I beileve he fit 35's on a 20" Rim on his Burb...

20x8.5" wheels with a high offset +20-30mm would work best, they will rub slightly but it isn't too bad depending on the brand of tire.
