Do I have auto ride?

I hear a pump or something running when I park sometimes like something is leveling off? How do I tell if I have it?

Sounds to me like you have it. The badges on the side of my truck by my window said autoride on them, but I don't think you have those badges with the Z-71

Just look at the rear shocks and see if it has a huge air bladder around most of it and also and air line at the top of it! The compressor will be behind the drivers side rear shock in a box behind the wheel!

^^This. If you don't see the compressor behind the back driver wheel, check the framerail under the rear passenger seat. That's where mine was located.

My compressor runs for a few seconds pretty much every time I start the truck up. Sounds like you do have it if you have the compressor noise.

I had an explorer when I was 16 that had auto ride, and this sounds exactly the same. Will it affect/what will it affect, if I've already ordered keys and spacers?
