Do I need to do anything with this battery current sensor?

It's totally different yukon xl it's like tranny knows what the engines is doing now it needs a parachute now ... Ya them updates fixed more then just reduce engine speed codes . Motor before was like it was laboring more with a slight miss when you're taking off that's all gone ... Now shifting right on money and engine just smooth to 70 mph .pretty crazy to me ... I did see mine was purchased new 2-14-2006 .. It must of been on original firmware. Which is hard to believe but I guess it's possible.
