Do Yukon HVAC systems use both orfice tube and a TXV?

I'm doing some reading about car A/C systems and I wanted to compare what I read to what I see. From what I read in a service manual and along with some poking around rockauto, it looks like this car has both in it.

If true, that's surprising as I thought a car would only have one system or the other.

Orifice for the front and TXV for the rear. The reason the rear has a TXV is because refrigerant charge to spec is not as crucial because the TXV will make up for it. The front having a orifice type requires charge to be closer to spec. The orifice on the front is located between the low and high side ports in the hardline. You will see a fitting there that can be taken apart.
