Does anyone have a Grill Guard that uses a J-hook for the lower mount?

I bought a used Grill Guard from a guy that removed it from a 99 Silverado. I want to install it on my wife's 2004 Suburban. It uses a 'J' hook bolt to attach near the tow hook mount. I'm not exactly clear on how this goes. So far I haven't found installation instructions online. Still waiting to hear from the Manufacturer. This model isn't on the website anymore.

Does anyone have a guard that mounts with a J hook? Got any pictures of the attachment underneath?
