Can you define the word civil please?
I recall a recent discussion thread where almost everybody agreed that the GM service representatives here in these forums are basically useless. An when I say the GM service departments are just about as useless, everybody wants to get mad.
I didn't mean to upset some of these guy so much. But the bottom line is still the same..... GM or the dealership saving themselves $250 costs them a whole lot more in the long run.
