Does suspension grease expire?

A few years ago I bought a grease gun and a tube of grease that’s have been sitting for a while.

Any problem using it to grease up new ball joints?

When you say 'new', do you mean brand new? If yes, IMO, there should be absolutely no need to attempt to put more grease in them.

@Joseph Garcia That's what I thought but these Mevotech ones say they are greased from the factory but recommend a pump or 2 after installation.

As long as your grease is not "sweating" liquid from gun you are OK.

@Joseph Garcia In contrast, Spohn claims that their delsphere joints are greased from the factory and NEVER need to be greased but they added a zero fitting due to customer backlash about them not being grease able

Grease will expire or go bad. Temp extremes, moisture or atmospheric contamination can make it break down. If it’s been covered and out of the sun it should be fine.
