ive reas a couple of threads about the door hinge pins wearing out , but when i try to lmove the door up and down to test for play, it seems ok. when getting out of the vehicle, i have had to put a shoulder into the door. seems like its hanging up slightly on the pin or striker plate. any other ideas how i can remedy this? everything looks and feels tight.

Mine doesn't move but I need pins. Have them but gotta put them in. If you look on top of the door it should show of the door is fallen

Wouldn't hurt to get pins. Should be $5 or $10 a side.
Could be wrong.

Is your door sagging at all? Do your lines match up? And if so just soak the mechanics with pb blaster. Then grease. For mine it worker like a dream.

Same thing happened here. Eventually our door handle broke and we put rope around it to open the door and it opens like its brand new. I think its something woth the door handle not unlatching fully. If that helps.

I recently changed pins on mine and the door still sags a bit when closed, but opens and closes easily any ideas?

I thought maybe but they would both have to be as the door opens and closes like new

unknown at this time.
well it is not like it is forcing itself to be an inch off. with the momentum in a closing door you may not notice the little resistance.
