I installed dual optima batteries (red top) with the oem wiring kit I purchased from another member here. The issue I am having is the cables have the 90° terminals that aren't quite long enough to make it over the sides of the batteries. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the best solution?

I am contemplating making my own wire kit but wanted to see if there was another part that would work.

why do you have dual batterys ? for a stereo system?
if your stereo draws more current then your alternator puts out you need a larger alternator the only thing a second battery does is allow you to listen to your stereo with the car off for longer and thats if you have the second one hooked up with an isolator
a second battery is one more drain on yer alternator becuase there is two batterys to charge

Was the kit a universal install kit?
Did you buy it used?
Maybe you got them tangled up somewhere and will be able to free up the extra length needed to reach the terminals.

I'd probably make my own to.
