Nit sure what Tony means by a different design. There’s a place on all the NBS fuse boxes where the fan relay/ fuse box slides on and clicks into place. There’s little protrusions on one and grooves in the other. If yours doesn’t have those you can screw or rivet it in place. I just went out and took this pic on my 02. It’s a clean, factory look. Mine slid in place. It’s the triangle under the fender mount. And you don’t need to worry about replacing fuses. They don’t blow. Aftermarket is another thing- those will. The top pops off for access. View attachment 449524
The fuse box on my 03 was different. Didn't have that extra "triangle " on it, that's why I bought an 05-06 style to go along with my fan conversion. Weird. Is that your original fuse box/cover Mark?

Yes, that’s what I meant. The harness should come with the add-on plastic housing part that holds the relays/fuses and that part just slides onto the 00-04 fuse box. It did on mine anyway as far as I remember. I believe it came with the harness anyway. It’s been awhile. @ScottyBoy should chime in here anytime.
Edit: I looked at his post where he is selling them and I do believe I bought the top cover that’s goes over both fuse boxes ( the regular one and the fan one) but the actual fuse/relay/junction block or whatever you want to call it just slides onto the regular fuse box housing.

Yeah, I sell just the harness and relay block. The whole plastic cover is something completely separate. But on my 2001, everything fits under my stock cover. The only drawback is there's no access cover to access the relays and fuses. If I need to access them, I have to unblock the fender brace and pop the entire cover off. Still pretty easy though, less than 4-5 minutes to get it opened up.
