Just had a engine light come on and getting this code.
What's the next step to resolving this?

You can try cleaning the throttle body with carb spray first. You may have to do an Idle relearn or just drive around for about 50 miles.
Or the TPS sensor is going bad.

you may not have to do anything other than clean it if it was just a random hiccup, my 03 Silverado has done it maybe 3-4 times in the last 10 years, if it keeps on doing it a new oem one is about $150 online
