Esky Mirror Question

So I purchased an Escalade mirror with DL3 and Z75. My truck already has heat, fold, signal, etc so I'm not concerned with programming. As i assume it should be plug and play.

The thing is my current mirrors have the solid arrow signals but the esky has dotted signals. Is this something I should be concerned about?

No worries What year model are the mirrors?

No worries, you just got the old style mirrors. Just swap the mirrors out for your mirrors since your lines look way better than the dots. When I did my Esky upgrade I made sure I do the mirrors with the lines...

Everything will def work plug and play since you have all those options stock on the Avy. 07-08 had the dotted signals. 09+ came with the solid line arrows and also had the option of Blind Zone Alert available.

The label has a 2011 date.

Is the mirror glass hard to swap? I'm not sure the dots will bother me that much. I honestly didn't notice until I started looking for one for the other side. Just barely lost the auction for its matching mate.

Hmmmmm that is extremely strange. They must have switched the glass for sure. Oh well good thing you have your glass from the avy. Just switch em back then sell your factory ones

I got one for $150 in decent shape. I'll need to have it painted to match. We'll see what it looks like when it gets here. Still looking for the drivers side.
