I got the same setup how big is your piping?
I left all factory pipe on to where the original muffler was because it is pretty big pipe on the 6.2l already then ran 3"
my previous experience with changing all the pipe on my nbs was lots of CEL, I was burning thru sensors and cat's I think it just wasn't spaced out correctly
the couple muffler shops around here would warranty 1 and then I would have to pay for the next one, good thing the aftermarkets are cheap.

This is what you need. MBRP, single 3' in/out. No cats with long tubes.
I'll double up on this suggestion. I have an MBRP exhaust on my '02. Nice little roar to life when started, then settles into a dull rumble until you stomp on it. Quiet is for minivans. Let 'em hear you comin'. [emoji350]

I would like a dual exhaust system, one outlet per side and only Gibson and Flowmaster and Performance Curve offer them but they drone. If Flowmaster or PC offer the duals with the 70-Series muffler I might bite. I had a 70-Series Crossflow on my race cars and one could talk inside the cabin and no drone at all, yet sounded great on the outside. No more 2-Chamber mufflers for me, I was too old for those when I was a kid! Well, I'd have to listen to the Gibson again.

Thanks all for the suggestions. I decided to go with single in dual out flowmaster super 44 3 inch piping with 4 inch tips. It sounds amazing, especially in the cab!! I will try to get a video soon.
