That may be overkill though, can't seem to find any lower wattage ones easily (gonna chec wallyworld), I have a couple bridgeable amps in the garage, will prolly try them and see how it goes, like i said before, smooth lows for now is all I want, will eventually install the big woofers out back to "feel" the bass :)

400 RMS @ 1 ohm should be safe remember the amps have gain controls you can adjust down if needed
A 2 ohm stable amp will only heat up and shut down especially if it's a A/B class amp class D amps
Are cheaper also. I did get my mtx amps at crutch field $135.00.

ok kewl, guess I will be fabbing a box for the space where the changer and rear audio controller were installed now that it is all apart. Thanks for the info man, will be ordering the amp next.
